And I also believe the woman doing all that carrying deserves somewhere to put herself down.
My professional life has taken me through forensic psychology, criminal justice, corrections, behavioral health, education, leadership, program development, and work alongside women navigating extraordinarily complex circumstances.
Across those environments, one theme has followed me:
But being capable of carrying something doesn't mean it should always be ours to carry.
And accomplishment doesn't automatically create connection with ourselves.
That realization sits at the heart of The Hive Society.
The symbolism of the hive has been part of my life long before it became a business concept. So when I began thinking about the kind of space I wanted to build for women, I knew I didn't want to simply create another coaching program.
I wanted to create something centered around
connection, contribution, growth,
individuality, and collective strength.
It's the space I'm building for women.
A place where you can belong without disappearing.
Where strength doesn't require self-neglect.
Where ambition and rest can coexist.
Where connection doesn't require conformity.
And where becoming the best version of yourself doesn't mean becoming someone else.
The Founding Five.
That isn't a marketing gimmick.
It feels like the right way to begin something that is deeply connected to who I am.
My work has included experience across clinical forensic psychology, corrections, probation,
behavioral health, reentry services, nonprofit leadership, consulting, and graduate-level forensic psychology education.
I hold a doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology and have spent years helping individuals examine patterns,
navigate systems, develop skills, identify goals, and move toward meaningful change.
I am not currently licensed as a psychologist, and services provided through
The Hive Society are coaching and personal-development services—not psychological services or psychotherapy.
I believe that distinction should be clear rather than hidden in fine print.
My education and professional experience inform how I think, ask questions, build frameworks, and understand behavior.
But within H.I.V.E., my role is:
And your role isn't client.
Because I believe women deserve something between:
and
There is an enormous space in between.
The space where a woman says:
I'm successful, but something needs to change.
I'm grateful, but I'm exhausted.
I love my family, but I miss myself.
I'm capable, but I don't want capability to determine every responsibility I accept.
I've achieved a lot, but I need to decide what success means now.
I don't need someone to fix me. I need space to hear myself.
That's the space H.I.V.E. was built to serve.
For the woman who's ready to choose herself, too.
The Hive Society provides coaching and personal-development services. H.I.V.E. services are not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention.
